How To Book Events By CCM 1. Complete The Form! 2. We Will Schedule A Consultation Call! 3. The Client Will Pay The Retainer Fee! 4. We Will Provide The Full Mock Up + Event Design! 5. We Decorate Your Party! The full payment is due one month prior to the event date. We do allow payment plan options. Please note that pricing may increase based on custom requests and the specific details of each event. All full-service events require a minimum investment of $5,000. For Balloons Only The Minimum cost is $350. We also offer à la carte options, party rentals, and curated packages to accommodate a variety of budgets.

All full-service events require a minimum investment of $5000. There is an $850 deposit required to secure your date.
We also offer à la carte options, party rentals, and curated packages to accommodate a variety of budgets.
In the event of an event being cancelled by the client the credit can be used for up to 6 months. There are no refunds and no exchanges. Check The Policies Page For All Policies and Procedures.
Events By CCM requires a 2 hour minimum for set up time. A minimum of 1 hour is needed to clean up and break down. Any issues or modifications need to be discussed in person before the Events By CCM staff leaves the premises. All changes must be discussed within 1 week before. Last minute and day of changes will incur a $350 rush fee for last minute modifications of the location, floor plans and guest count. We do not discuss event details with third parties. We must be informed by the direct client.
